A good start fell away and ended up conceding 5 goals before half time and ending the game.
Not a performance we have become accustomed too.
The second half was a lot better and despite losing Josh Holmes in goal through injury the side stuck at their task and saw the game through.
Losing 6-0 against the top side in the East Section including quite a few players with first team experience was not as bad as it could have been. Crowborough beat Uckfield 12-1 recently.
The players have to take heart from the effort and just keep digging in and performing to the best of their ability. The results will come. Confidence in themselves and each other must not waive.
