Bank Holiday Weekend

By Jack Taylor

The Lancers have 2 matches in 3 days scheduled this bank holiday weekend. Support your local non-league club!

This bank holiday weekend, Pulling's First Team have 2 matches in 3 days in the league, as we near the end of the 2018/19 season.

Read the Worthing Herald article here.

On Saturday the Lancers make the trip to Saltdean United in the league, 3pm kick-off at Hill Park.

Saltdean currently sit 5th in the SCFL Premier Division table, recording recent wins against Lingfield, Uckfield and Pagham in the league.

Pulling's side currently sit 13th in the table on 41 points, looking to secure a mid-table finish. Despite good recent form, the Lancers have felt unlucky to lose 1-0 to Crawley Down Gatwick at the beginning of the month, conceding an own-goal which allowed the visitors the 3 points. With an injection of youth talent from the Under-23s and Under-18s for the final fixtures, Pulling will be looking to continue March's winning form where the Lancers recorded back-to-back wins.

After the away fixture, we will be hosting the new annual Lancing FC Race Night in the Sussex Lounge! 7:30pm start with plenty of cash prizes up for grabs, 8 races and bar open! Free Entry to all this Saturday Night.

We need your support!
This Monday the Lancers host Hassocks at Culver Road, with an 11am bank-holiday kick-off time.

As the final home game of the season, we will be continuing to accept votes in the 'Supporter of the Year' category, ahead of our presentation night in May.
